You will need:

Empty water bottle with lid
Masking tape
Paint/markers
Popcorn/dried beans/rocks

Glue

Crepe Paper
 

Painted glue all over the bottle (pic 1 & 2)

Place crepe paper onto the glue, cover entire bottle with the crepe paper and allow to dry (pics 3 &4) Decorate your maraca by drawing or painting a unique design​

Fill the bottle with the popcorn/dried bean/rocks

Tape the lid on and shake!! (pics 5 & 6)
