This playground is quite small but beautiful, lovely lawn area for picnics. It is fenced, has toilets and parking. Not specifically for toddlers but they will enjoy it.
Stebonheath Park Playground.

A large playground that accommodates all ages. There are no fences but does have a lovely bbq area, toilet facilities, water fountains and plenty of room for picnics.

A nice park with a playground, there is no fencing and not much shade over the playground. Not fantastic for toddlers, but there is a great swing which is very large that toddlers would enjoy, the playground is more aimed for school age kids.
St Kilda Adventure Playground.
Cockle Street, St Kilda
This massive playground is for everyone, Even mums and dads will enjoy it! There is everything from a toddler playground to a castle with underground tunnels, a pirate ship, flying fox and giant slides. The whole family will love this one. There are BBQ areas, tables and chairs, toilet facilities and an icecream van.
