You will need:
     1 x Paper plate

     (the following are a guide, you can use any decorations)

     Textas
     Streamers
     Glue
     Cotton wool
     Cupcake wrappers
     Straws or paddle pop sticks
     Cotton wool
     Paint
     Any other decorations you would like

Cut a triangle shape out of the paper plate and stick it to the opposite end of the plate.  This will make the mouth and the tail.
Decorate as desired
