You will need:

    Clear Contact paper
    Masking tape
    Decorations - felt scraps, tissue paper squares, crepe paper

    streamers, curling ribbons, old magazines etc

Begin by taping a piece of Contact paper, sticky side facing out, to a wall or a low table.
Decorate by placing the items against the paper.
Preserve the collage with a second piece of Contact paper.
Frame the artwork with coloured masking tape around the edges.
Or cut it out into a shape
