Helicopter Park is a fantastic playground for toddlers! It is fenced, there are toilets, sun shade, tables with seats, BBQ's and over the back of the playground there are horses in paddocks (which my son loves to watch). Parking is not normally too bad, it is street parking. Highly recommended!
Bush Magic Playground - Adelaide Aquatic Centre Playground.

Another great playground for toddlers! It is a very large playground with different sections aimed at different ages.
It is fenced, there are toilets, loads of shade, tables with seats, a BBQ and a lovely lawn area for picnics. There is also a wheelchair swing and a maze.
The Glover Playground - South.
South Terrace, Adelaide, SA, 5000 (near the corner of Pulteney Street)
A large playground which has a section that is good for toddlers. It is fenced, has toilets, shaded areas, tables and seats. It is more tailored for older children but toddlers are definitely able to have a great time there. There is also a wheelchair swing.
